// CONCEPT BRIEF
Located on the coastline of the Black Sea, this villa project aims to maximize sea views while preserving privacy on a steeply sloped site. The massing layout was determined by analyzing wind directions and natural light angles.
01 / The Challenge
Securing foundation stability on a steep slope and creating outdoor spaces protected from harsh coastal winds.
02 / The Approach
Using terraced concrete structures that nestle into the slope, combined with local travertine stone cladding and raw concrete. Large glass panes are recessed to provide natural shading.
03 / The Result
A highly sustainable coastal residence is delivered, establishing an uninterrupted visual dialog with the sea, embodying timeless quiet luxury.
